Once the AAGP has accepted your membership application and received payment,
you will begin receiving the print journal, and you will receive a letter
with instructions for obtaining access to the World Wide Web edition; the
letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the
following information necessary to activate your subscription to AJGP
Online:
A user name and password that you can easily remember
Your name, phone number, and email address
Your account number (included in the letter).
